BNKD is a software program that provides you the tools to properly manage membership programs. Including our unique bank-style membership solution where consumers pay monthly and their payments build up in an account to use later at your business!

Consumers enjoy the flexibility of accruing funds in their membership account, which they can use at their discretion. It's akin to having a prepaid card but with funds building up over time, providing tangible value and savings.

4. Is BNKD's platform secure?

Yes, we prioritize the security of our platform. BNKD employs state-of-the-art encryption and security protocols to ensure the safety of business and consumer data.

5. How do I integrate BNKD into my existing system?

BNKD is designed to easily operate solo from your current POS system. Our technical team will assist you throughout the setup process and workflow specific to your business. We are currently working on integrations with eCommerce. 

6. Can I customize the membership fees and benefits?

Absolutely! BNKD is set up for businesses to tailor membership fees and benefits to align with their specific offerings and customer preferences. We have built out proven best practices to assist you in building your membership program.

7. How do consumers sign up for the membership?

Consumers can easily sign up through the BNKD platform, via our mobile application available in the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android phones. Or you can sign them up from your business in less than 30 seconds! The registration process is user-friendly and quick.

8. What happens to unused funds in a consumer's account?

The specifics can be determined by the business's policies but the value of each accrual must remain available without expiration.

9. How do I handle customer support related to BNKD?

While BNKD offers dedicated support for any platform-related queries, businesses are encouraged to handle inquiries related to their specific services or products. We provide training and resources to assist businesses in managing BNKD-related customer support.

10. Are there any long-term contracts or commitments?

BNKD offers flexible partnership terms. There are no mandatory long-term contracts, and you are able to cancel at any time. There may be considerations for cancellation if you have members registered as that information will be lost upon completion of the cancellation. There may be contracts on custom integrations and options.

11. How do I get started with BNKD?

12. Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?

BNKD believes in transparency. There are monthly charges that vary depending on the plan you choose, there are also transaction fees that average 5-7% including all processing fees.
