Our Purpose
The purpose of BNKD is twofold, we provide a paid loyalty membership software program for businesses to increase recurring revenue, increase lifetime customer value and compete with other businesses.
BNKD also keeps the end user in mind which is your customer, they are important to us and to your business. Our paid loyalty solution gives customers a holistic way to spend their money, they can budget appropriately for larger purchases and benefit from any perks and/or discounts you can offer them in store.
Our Story
Our founders are active in the business community, owning and operating multiple businesses and supporting many others. We have experience in the trenches of small/ medium business ownership. We have businesses in towns where we had to compete with the larger incoming businesses that could have easily swept our market out from under us.
We have always focused on innovative ways to grow our business and compete!
BNKD started as a solution for the optometry industry in our two clinics, where we needed to remain competitive and our patients showed the need for a wholistic payment solution. We implemented our initial membership solution in 2019, this was a failure or rather... a learning experience. Through our market research we ended up with the BNKD solution that you see now! We see massive potential for businesses to use our platform and grow their businesses, all while benefiting their customer!
